It is snowing here today in Roy, Utah.
I hope the neighbors dont mind my taking a picture of their homes, but I wante to show you the beauiful snow. It looks so beautiful from our livingroom window.

Recipe for Pumpkin Juice
- 2 cups pumpkin (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- add ground cinnamon, ginger and allspice (to taste)
- 1. juice pumpkin pieces with a juicer or through a cheesecloth
- 2, Put pumpkin, apple, and pineapple juices into a blender
- 3. Add honey by tsps. and blend well.
- 4. Add spices to taste and blend well again.
- 5. Chill and enjoy!

Brrr, keep the snow in Utah -- I don't want it!
I want it! Send it along! The kids love to sled (okay so do I) and it becomes a dryer and hot chocolate day. This week is so cold. If we ever move to Alaska we'd be able to sled the Arctic Valley 1 mile sled run. I did it as a teenager and saw it featured on a Blog by my sister's friend. I'll have to send you a link. That would be the BEST!
