Recipe for Pumpkin Juice
- 2 cups pumpkin (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- add ground cinnamon, ginger and allspice (to taste)
- 1. juice pumpkin pieces with a juicer or through a cheesecloth
- 2, Put pumpkin, apple, and pineapple juices into a blender
- 3. Add honey by tsps. and blend well.
- 4. Add spices to taste and blend well again.
- 5. Chill and enjoy!

Oh, how sweet. What a bg smile too! Looks like Mommy feeds you good. It's fummy but I see a little bit of Christopher, Joseph, Keith, and Sarah in Elizabeth...no Rebecca though. Humm! Do you think Elizabeth is going to have some red hair? Maybe, who knows.

I don't think her hair is red, it was the shadowing, but I'll take a closer look when I see her next week.
