Recipe for Pumpkin Juice
- 2 cups pumpkin (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- add ground cinnamon, ginger and allspice (to taste)
- 1. juice pumpkin pieces with a juicer or through a cheesecloth
- 2, Put pumpkin, apple, and pineapple juices into a blender
- 3. Add honey by tsps. and blend well.
- 4. Add spices to taste and blend well again.
- 5. Chill and enjoy!

Wow, your trips look and sound amazing. I read back a little ways on your Blog and loved the one on how to save our Earth. I watched Oprah with Al Gore and want to rent his video to learn more. I am sure I could learn more from other sources but for now my mind is set on watching that. I recycle like crazy but loved your ideas for saving water. We did make some home improvements and it's nice to hear others talk about how we're all in this together! I love reading about what you're up to so thanks for posting!!
