Katie lost her first tooth on 7-7-07. She was eating an apple when her tooth became completely loosened. She came to show me how loose her tooth was and she then pulled it out in front of me while Stacey took the pictures. I clearly remember her face switching between shock, joy, and then surprisingly she next let out a kind of wimpered cry like she was sad or scared to be without that tooth. In any case I posted the best picture.
Interesting to note: Later that night Ethan pulled out a tooth of his own.

I find it crazy that Katie and Ethan lost a tooth on the same day! Good for Katie for pulling her first tooth out herself!
Ethan had his tooth loose for a while too, and once Katie got hers out Ethan was re-motivated. They were both excited to get money from the tooth fairy.
I think it's funny when someone becomes a mom/parent there are a lot of other job titles you take on too, like "assistant" tooth fairy, etc... Hee hee!
The Tooth Fairy has a bigger purse now from when Kris and Eric were putting baby teeth under their pillows. Kris, remember when the tooth fairy forgot to come? That darn tooth fairy was a day late.
Ethan and Katie, you are lucky the tooth fairy knows where you live. After so many teeth at our house, the tooth fairy didn't come any more
