Recipe for Pumpkin Juice
- 2 cups pumpkin (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- add ground cinnamon, ginger and allspice (to taste)
- 1. juice pumpkin pieces with a juicer or through a cheesecloth
- 2, Put pumpkin, apple, and pineapple juices into a blender
- 3. Add honey by tsps. and blend well.
- 4. Add spices to taste and blend well again.
- 5. Chill and enjoy!
